If you are looking for a type of place to take you back in time when people were people and service was service, this the place. The staff are nice, the owner(s) are sweethearts. They genuinely care about people. Their food is excellent 👌 🤤 my friends seemed to enjoy the grub a lot. I got a meatball sub and haven't had one that good in like a decade! 😋 I plan to come back with my husband when we can. The prices are extremely reasonable and the portions are generous. This is what restaurant used to be like!
Went around 11am on a weekday for brunch. Seating available as soon as we arrived. Menu options for both breakfast and lunch. We went the breakfast route. The food was ready fast and they kept coffee filled. Server and cashier were so friendly. I would mention cash only for anyone who mostly uses cards to pay. Will definitely be back.
Our first time in today and we were so happy with our experience! The service was amazing and the food was lovely, with an awesome price point. A gem of a diner in the south side. Best Italian sub I’ve had in a long time.
